Terms and Conditions

We hope that you are happy with our service and recommend us to all your friends. We endeavour to provide a professional and friendly service with your enjoyment and satisfaction our priority. If you have any queries at all regarding the hire, delivery or installation, please contact us before delivery in order for us to address any concerns or issues.  Please note our terms and conditions of hire as follows;

Cancellations

For all cancellations the following charges will apply;

4 wks or more notice - 25% charge of total hire amount including deposit

from 4 wks to 1 wk notice - 50% charge of total hire amount including deposit

less than 1 wk - Full amount of hire quoted will be charged including deposit

If you cancel and do not accept the charges as set out above which are a condition of booking, we will recover the monies owed to us either via card payment or through our debt collection agency which will incur further charges to yourselves and may affect future credit application.

Installations

Upon booking, you will be given dimensions of the tub to ensure access. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough access for the installation. If we arrive at the address on the day, but we are unable to install the tub, you will charged the full amount including deposit and the delivery costs.

We require an adult to be present for both the delivery and collection. In order to help acheive this, we are as flexible as possible with the delivery and collection times. If you have a preference of times, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

Damage to the tubs

The hot tubs that we use for hire are strong and robust and so are perfect for the hire industry. However, we ask that you take good care of them whilst in your possession. We deliver the hot tubs in excellent condition however, we do recommend that you check over the spa on delivery and report any damage that you may identify immediately. It is your responsibility to do so as upon signing the hire agreement form, you are accepting the tub delivered in perfect condition. The lids are very delicate and we require that when the spa is in use, the lid must be placed out of the way somewhere safe where it cannot be trodden on or damaged in any way. The lid must be lifted by the corners only as this releases the vaccuum, lifting from elsewhere can cause damage or tearing. The lid must be carried by the handles only. A lid costs £250 to replace. All damages must be paid for.

Damage to your property

Party Spas will not be held responsible for any damage to your property through hiring any of our hot tubs. This includes any water damage or weight damage to structures as a result of the hot tubs' location. It is the customers' full responsilbility to ensure that the area where the hot tub is to be sited is suitable and will not cause any damage. The filled weight of the tub and water displacement need to be taken into consideration.

Accidents/Injury

Party spas will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or death caused by misuse of any of our hot tubs. This includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in/out of the hot tub. We will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or death caused by use of alcohol or drugs whilst using our hot tubs. We recommend not using a hot tub by yourself. We also recommend consulting your G.P before using our hot tubs if you have a heart condition, are pregnant or are on any medication. Party Spas will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or death for circumstances caused by ignoring these recommendations.

Special Offers

From time to time, we may offer special discounts at the last minute on hot tub hire for certain dates. If any hot tubs have been previously booked for the same dates at full price, there will be no reimbursements made.

Collections

If there is no-one present when we arrive to collect the tub at the pre arranged time and we are unable to collect then you will be charged an extra day for hire and also fuel and labour charges.

By hiring any of our hot tubs you are agreeing that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions
